Lori Ann, I just wanted you to know that although I love sending messages to Palmer, you have been on my heart so much in the past month. I know I speak for all the moms out here with children of our own and I can feel your frustration and fear and exhaustion. I know when I have felt overwhelmed I just imagine Jesus sitting down and I am sitting at His feet with my head in His lap and He is stroking my hair. It gives me an image that He is with me and knows what I need. Just like a father you can find rest in Him. I wanted you to know that you are in my prayers and I know God is listening and will heal Palmer. You know He loves her even more than you do.

I've been in the medical profession for about 35 years and I know how scarey things can get for you and your family. Honestly, prayer and faith are as good as (really better than) any modern medicine. Remember there are people everywhere praying for your recovery.
