Palmer, I haven't written you in a long while, and I am embarrassed!  Doesn't mean you have not been in my prayers, though! 
We were especially glad you were able to come to Prestoncrest a few Sundays ago...I wanted to hug you SO-O-O much, but I made myself do the right thing and not risk germs. Anyway, you are quite a legend around here, and the Lord is shining in your life.
Someday when you are old and gray, take out all these messages and remember how He was able to use something difficult and bad and turn it into something good!

I dont know if you remember me, but I came and visited you about a month or so ago. You were getting ready to go in for your next treatment. My family goes to church with your grandad, Prentice back home. I am here in Searcy at Harding going to summer school. If there is anything that I can do for you or your family, I am not that far away and would love to help.
Palmer, I am constantly praying for you to have strength and the courage to get through this. We are friends of your Aunt Kimberley and Uncle Doug and my husband trained with many of your doctors at ACH while he was a resident! We pray for you every night and we pray for all the doctors and nurses that are taking care of you. You are in such a great hospital with so many great folks...I know you are ready to get home but hang in there kid! We are so proud of your courage and your fight!
